cubs keep good times rolling at wrigley
Cubs will continue their hot season at home in just a few hours at Wrigley. Cubs will face Atlanta’s Jeff Bennett. Bennett is 0-3 with a 3.47 ERA. Cubs will send Dempster to the mound. Dempster has pitched extremely well at Wrigley this year. It is also noteworthy that the Braves are the worst road team in all of baseball with a record of 7-22 on the road. The Cubs are tied for the best home record in the majors at 27-8 (Boston is 26-7). A win tonight would propel the Cubs to ten straight home victories.
